All of our illustrations are drawn directly into our big beautiful I-Macs using Wacom tablets. This saves time from the traditional method of illustrating on paper and then scanning into the computer, which in the end saves you money.
Completed illustrations are provided in your choice of format:
Bitmap
Based on pixels of colour, bitmaps (jpeg, png) are used for realistic illustrations where scale and size is predetermined. Perfect for book covers, portraits, concept illustrations or photographic-style backgrounds.
Vector
Using mathematical equations to generate straight and curved lines filled with colour, vector files (ai, eps) have the unique attribute of infinite scalability. Great for logos, maps, icons, cartoons or caricatures.
