The Challenge
ARC Centre of Excellence for Coral Reef Studies is world renown research centre focusing on world-best integrated research for sustainable use and management of coral reefs. The centre recently required an upgrade to their web presence and contracted Zephyrmedia to undertake this extensive project.
Our Approach
Because of the nature of scientific research, the website needed to encompass a vast information structure, that could also be easily maintained and modified. This initial design process was lengthy and collaborative to ensure all information portals within the site could accommodate a intuitive but dynamic user interface.
After a substantial build-time, the project has launched to favourable reviews by visitors, and we continue to modify and update the site to further enhance user interactivity. This has been the largest web project undertaken by Zephyrmedia and we are proud of the result. We would also like to thank the members of The Centre who directly helped and contributed to its success.
One of the largest websites we have developed structure-wise, the development process involved a thorough deep dive into information consolidation and user interaction.
